“We booked a picnic visit, with heavy snow still on the ground, to Num Ti Jah Lodge, about 45 minutes from Lake Louise. The picnic was arranged by our hotel and they also recommended Highland ExecutiveChauffeurs. We cannot speak highly enough of our driver, Bob Bartley, who was extremely knowledgeable and a superb ambassador for anada. He was extremely attentive, in an unobtrusive way and, at lunch, insisted on laying out the picnic, having carried it all (5 baskets) through snow to the Lodge, and then had to be almost dragged to sit and eat with us as he did not want to intrude. In fact, his participation in the conversation was a delight and added to our enjoyment. I can honestly say that, in my years of having used limo companies and, indeed, of having my own drivers, I have rarely come across anyone as good - Bob is not a chauffeur but rather an executive assistant who happens to drive! “We hired a limo for our wedding day, as well as a 12-person Sprinter Bus to run as a shuttle after the reception. Our limo driver, Bob, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond. The website is not kidding when they say he will shine shoes, and tie ties. He handed the ladies in and out of the vehicle, followed us out into fields for our photos, carried the bride's dress so she could concentrate on walking in the snow, gave her his jacket to keep warm, helped the groomsmen ensure ties and suits were sitting straight. He even assisted our photographer finding alternative sites for shots when some didn't pan out due to weather. Overall he was friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Our shuttle was everything we expected and our driver was friendly, polite and helpful. “We had a wonderful experience with Highland ExecutiveChauffeur Inc when we booked them for our wedding recently. Our chauffeur Rob was absolutely amazing all day! He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even holding our belongings while we were having pictures taken and ensuring the girls were kept warm with blankets. We also booked a shuttle service to take our guests home at the end of the night, and even though myself and my husband didn't use the shuttle ourselves, we heard many great comments from our guests about how fabulous that service was as well. Two small glitches. One was that the music (Ipod) wasn't working in the limo which was unfortunate. The other was that we booked the end of the night shuttle service for a particular time frame (3 hours) and our driver came early and stayed late to continue driving guests home therefore they billed us for more than we had planned for. Not a huge deal, just unexpected and put us over our budget. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Highland ExecutiveChauffeur Inc to anyone!!! After reading some reviews I decided to call them and make an appointment to meet the owner during my pre-wedding visit with all my vendors. They were organized and able to get everybody to the event on time. We also had arranged for the chauffeur to shuttle our guest to there hotel at the end of the night.
